Note: The event is a two-day public meeting. If you plan on attending February 6 and 7\, please register for both days. Due to venue restrictions\, we are not able to offer a virtual option for February 7\, but a recording will later be available. \nThe objectives of this meeting are to: \n\nHighlight the Culture of Health Program’s efforts in advancing health equity over the past decade\, supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.\nExplore the underlying factors driving health disparities\, emphasizing the importance of understanding how interconnected social systems shape opportunities and influence health outcomes across various communities.\nProvide a space for dialogue and deep discussion on how to transform policy\, practice\, and research to become more equitable with a focus on root causes of inequities – discrimination\, poverty\, structural racism.\nInspire attendees with a hopeful message to encourage collaborative partnerships in support of the principles and priorities of 91ºÚÁÏÍø’s Culture of Health Program\, fostering a sense of commitment to collaborative change.\nProvide a space to reflect and uplift the cultures and traditions of different population groups.\n\nThe 91ºÚÁÏÍø Culture of Health Program is a multiyear collaborative effort to deepen understanding\, mobilize evidence\, and identify strategies to create and sustain conditions that support equitable good health for everyone in America.
